Transfer date not offered

This executionDate is not a date the market offers for a port-in, so no port-in was created.

When it occurs

A port-in is validated or submitted with an executionDate outside the dates its market offers.

What to do

Send one of the type's executionDate.dates from GET /v1/port-ins/fields/{countryCode}. The dates change at the market's midnight, executionDate.validUntil, so fetch them again after it.
