Fired when a number's eSIM has been installed on the customer's device.
NumberSimInstalled
Fired when the eSIM profile for a number has been installed on the customer's device. You receive at most one delivery per number and SIM.

An INFERRED install arrives with the first call, text or data session, which can be well after the customer installed the profile.
